If you're like me and your Book Club is really more of a cooking competition, then you need to make these Triple Threat Brownies for your next meeting. This is my second time making these brownies and, just like the first time, they were a crowd pleaser!
I came across this recipe last year through one of my favorite baking blogs, Buns in My Oven. They are not hard to make, but they do take some time. The...

Instead of reviewing a specific adult beverage this week, I decided to tell you all about the amazing experience The Hub and I had wine tasting in Croatia last week.
After living on the California coast for the last 5.5 years AND getting married in wine country, we've done our fair share of wine tasting. The typical experience is to go into a tasting room, pay a nominal fee, and taste about 5 wines that are...

Like a lot of people in their late twenties/early thirties, many of my friends are starting families - it's such an exciting time! I just can't get enough of cute, adorable babies, as long as they aren't my own.

You guys, I know this is yet another review of an IPA, but I'm sorry. It's what Haute Housewives drink.
This medium bodied beer is bold without being too spicy. It...

Is it me, or was the Britney Spears Glee Episode the best one yet? I mean, first of all, John Stamos had a big role and (yes) I still love him. But I was also very happy to see Heather Morris (who plays Brittany S. Pierce) get the attention she deserves on the show. Kate informed me that she was once a back up dancer for Beyonce, and damn did it show!! She is a pretty amazing dancer and was the only cast...

Yesterday I came home from a long day of running errands absolutely famished! Unfortunately, like Old Mother Hubbard, my cupboard was bare. I was able to scrounge up a tomato from the Farmer's Market and one last piece of pita bread....not too appetizing. But in 5 minutes, and with the help of my basil plant, I was able to turn my scraps into a delicious snack!
Here's what you'll need:
