Whenever it’s been a long weekend of drinking and stuffing my face, like this past weekend, I like to detox with a big, giant salad. This warm salad is hearty enough that it will fill you up like a true meal, but low cal enough that you don’t have to feel as guilty as you have the last few days of binging.
