We Live Here

Last night we had a Skype Date with The Hub's family to wish his mother and sister a Happy Mother's Day.  During our conversation, my mother in law said, "Sometimes I look at your pictures of Montpellier and I think - wow!  I can't believe they really live there."  Honestly, neither can we.

We know how lucky we are to be experiencing life in such a beautiful country and we're doing our best to soak it up everyday.  This weekend was spent making friends over a home-cooked meal and pastries in Castries, eating burgers at a rock & roll restaurant, and discovering a pretty amazing park along the river.

We finished off the weekend by giving Fig a bath (he had a great time at the park!) and drinking some red wine in a most peculiar way at a most peculiar place...

Please think good apartment thoughts for us - we should be finding out tomorrow if we got the one we wanted.  I'll let you know which when it's final.  Stay tuned!
